Ingredients
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 square German Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 squares Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • 2/3 pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 + quart Milk
Method
  1. Slowly mix together Egg, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Melt the chocolates the (approximately 2 minutes in a microwave.) Do not burn!
  3. Add 1/2 of the chocolate to the mix.
  4. Add the cream AFTER the chocolate.
  5. While mixing, drizzle the rest of the chocolate into the mix.
  6. Add milk and our into freezer. (Add more/less milk to fill your freezer.
  7. Freeze per manufacturer instructions.
