Ingredients
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Banana (I prefer a frozen one)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Skim or Soy milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Method
  1. Chop up strawberries and banana into small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
